Remember Your Creator in The Days of Your Youth

Have you ever had a idea, or created something no one else has done, or felt called to follow Jesus into a particular area of ministry?

We don't often call ourselves innovators or trailblazers do we? Sometimes we think we are just not good enough or that other people are more talented and qualified, other times we worry the idea we invented will come to nothing!!

In Ecc 12, it empowers us to "Remember your creator" while we still have the energy to move, think and be creative in life and especially in our walk with God.

In the Holy Bible, there are numerous examples of individuals who we can refer to as trailblazers who used their gifts & creative talents to help others.

In today's world we are not short of trailblazers either and recently I have been reading about "The Church On The Streets", who find ways to give help to anyone who needs it!!! How remarkable is that!

Then, I was thinking of all the community work our Church is involved in and the leaders of each group who are courageous enough to create a plan of action, pray on it and put it into operation to serve & meet the needs of others.

You see Jesus came to save us and to help meet our needs.

Helping others is our calling, this is what Jesus has asked us to do and he equips & empowers us to be in the right place to share his love in this world that gets darker and often more volatile by the minute.

Jesus is the answer to the world's problems whether you are young or aging beautifully you still have work to do. Shine your light, write a small book that will help others, volunteer your time, teach someone to read, how to cook, how to sew, how to write a assignment, tell someone how you got saved, bring someone to church, pray for others, the list of helping and assisting others is endless.

Being the first person to do something is innovating, but this is not a race. With God he wants us to be brave & courageous. It is never too late to fulfil your dreams. Remember your creator who gives us breath and life for each day use it for his glory and to support others which will feel great too!
