Be A Witness Of The Lord

Over the past number of weeks, we have been praying about and for, God’s truth; to shield us and serve us.

Can you recall a recent event in your life, where you stood on the truth of God’s word? You read a verse or verses from your bible; you prayed about what you had just read; you believed and trusted God for a good outcome to your situation. You noticed how God came through for you or changed you/your situation. How did the truth of God’s word help you? Share your testimony with someone today.

Isaiah 43:10 (Amplified Bible) states “You are My witnesses, “declares the Lord, “And my servant whom I have chosen. That you may know and believe Me and understand that I am He, Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me.” (“Isaiah 43:10 Context: "You are my witnesses," says Yahweh, "With my ...”)

Stand on the fact that God has chosen you to serve. He did that, so that you may know Him (through your time spent in prayer, and the Holy Bible) and believe Him. Relationships are built on trust. God wants us to completely trust Him with everything concerning us. Therefore, the more you check out His word and apply it to your life or situations, the more God will honour His word; with you as His witness.

Pray that the Lord will help you and your church family, to be a witness of His grace and mercy. Pray that Jesus will give us the boldness, to tell others of His mercy and grace.
